The league as a whole will decide if they should be boosted or not

- Kesler's offense is really low.
- Turco is overrated
- Derek Roy's defense is a tad low
- Ryan Miller is underrated
- Ladd's offense is a bit low
- Pavelec is kind of rated low
- Rene Bourque's offense is a bit low
- Jokinen's offense is too close to 80
- Giordano should be a bit better
- Holmstrom should be a bit higher in offense
- Hudler's offense should be lower than Franzen's which in turn should be better than 69.

That's it for now, I'll look at other teams when I have some more time.
